Investments directed to fixed assets

In January–September 2025, investments amounting to 13,048.1 million manats, or 1.0 percent more compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil and gas sector decreased by 11.5 percent, while the volume of investments directed to the non-oil and gas sector increased by 7.0 percent. 6,647.6 million manats or 51.0 percent of the used investments were spent for production areas, 4,298.5 million manats (32.9 percent) for service fields, and 2,102.0 million manats (16.1 percent) for the construction of dwelling houses. 10,057.3 million manats or 77.1 percent of the investments directed to fixed assets were made up of internal investments. 10,280.2 million manats or 78.8 percent of the investments directed to fixed assets were directly spent for construction and installation works.
