Retail Trade Turnover
In January-October 2025, products at 52615,7 million manats, including food, beverages and tobacco products at 28664,5 million manats and non-food products at 23951,2 million manats were sold to the consumers in the retail trade network. Compared to January - October 2024 the retail trade turnover increased in real terms by 3,8 percent, including 1,3 percent for food products, beverages and tobacco products and 6,7 percent for non-food products.
In the reporting period, the commodity market was characterized by the following indicators:

In January-October 2025, 50,4 percent of resources the consumers spent on purchasing food products in the retail trade network, 4.1 percent for beverages and tobacco products, 14.3 percent for textile products, clothing and footwear, 6.0 percent for automobile gasoline and diesel fuel, 4.9 percent for electrical appliances and furniture, 2.4 percent for pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, 1.4 percent for computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products, and 16.5 percent for other non-food products.
During the reporting period, the value of goods sold by entities of the non-state sector increased in real terms by 3,8 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 99,8 percent of the total retail trade turnover.
In January-October 2025, retail trade turnover compared to January-October 2024 increased in real terms by 7,1 percent - for enterprises, 1.2 percent – for private entrepreneurs, 4,9 percent - for markets and fairs.
During the reporting period, in the retail trade network at average monthly per country citizen have purchased products in amount of 513,8 manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products in amount of 279,9 manats and non-food products in amount of 233,9 manats.
