In January-October 2022, resources at 11774,5 million manats or 8,2 percent more compared to the corresponding period of 2021 were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 13,5 percent, while the volume of resources directed to the non-oil and gas sector increased by 23,8 percent. 6585,4 million manats or 55,9 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 4457,5 million manats (37,9 percent) - service fields, 731,6 million manats (6,2 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 9043,3 million manats or 76,8 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 8663,9 million manats or 73,6 percent of investment were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 49,2 percent, budget resources – 36,3 percent, population own funds – 7,8 percent, other funds – 3,9 percent, bank credits – 2,8 percent.
