President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of statistics between the State Statistical Committee and the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 31 July, 2026, in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan.

Under the Decree, following the entry into force of the Memorandum, the State Statistical Committee will ensure the implementation of its provisions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Memorandum have been completed.
