Agricultural production increased by 2,6 percent in January-August 2026.

In January-August 2026, agricultural products in the amount of 10 057,4 million manats at current prices were produced in the country. The physical volume of production increased by 2,6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Livestock production increased by 2,0 percent, while crop production increased by 3,1 percent. Crop production accounted for 50,0 percent of output, while livestock production accounted for 50,0 percent.

Real growth. The ratio decreased from 2,8 percent in January-July to 2,6 percent by the end of August, which is provided due to crop production: growth in this sector decreased from 3,2 percent to 3,1 percent, while the growth rate in livestock production decreased from 2,4 percent to 2,0 percent.
