The State Statistical Committee has released the latest edition of the statistical yearbook “Food balances of Azerbaijan”.

The publication presents statistical data on the production, imports, exports, supplies and use of food products for 2020–2025.   

In addition to indicators on crop production, livestock, and major industrially processed food products, the publication also contains data on the level of self-sufficiency in food products, per capita consumption, and comparative data for CIS countries.

The yearbook is an important source of information for assessing the current situation regarding food products and using relevant statistical data.
