Vusala Aliyeva was born on 24 February, 1990 in Baku. In 2011 she graduated with bachelor degree on international law of Baku State University and in 2015 with master degree on civil law. She graduated with a master’s degree in “Social work” from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022.
In the period of 2015-2018 she worked in the Administration of the State Statistical Committee. In 2018-2021, she worked as a head consultant in the State Tourism Agency. Since 2021 she works as a Head of the Department of Human Resources and Law. She is junior civil service counselor.
Married, has one child.
Activity Direction of the Department:

-provides organization of personnel activity and control of it in the State Statistical Committee, its structure divisions, in the local statistical bodies and in the offices, enterprises and organizations which are under its subordination.
-controls deployment of personnel and improvement of their qualifications in the system of the State Statistical Committee
-determines the demand of personnel in the State Statistical Bodies
