He was born in Baku in 03 March 1961. He graduated from the Institute of National Economy in 1987.
He worked as an economic manager, chief economist and deputy head of the Statistics Department of the Garadagh district in 1978-1988. He worked as a chief economist, head of the department in the Baku Statistical Office since 1988. He worked as deputy head in the Baku Statistical Office since 1997.
He is head of the Department of Regime and Confidential Clerical Works of the State Statistical Committee since 31 March 2017. He is junior civil service counselor. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 June, 2019.
He is married and has 3 children.
Activity Direction of the Department:

- provides documentation of data on state secrets in the State Statistical Committee and organizes activities with them;
- provides strict observance by organizing confidentiality regime;
- controls issuance of single permits for unauthorized persons to enter the administrative building and observance of entrance rules of admission;
