She was born in Baku in July 20 1967. She graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with honors diploma in 1991. She had been an economist, chief economist in the Main Computing Center of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 1984 to 2006, chief economist, assistant to the chairman, deputy head of department in the State Statistical Committee from 2006 to 2016.
She is head of the general department of the State Statistical Committee since May 2016.
She is a counselor of civil service. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 June, 2022. She has a son.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-Implements documents turnover in the State Statistical Committee;
-Controls execution of materials taken into control on execution of inquires and tasks entered to the State Statistical Committee;
-registers applications, proposals and complaints entered to the address of the State Statistical Committee from citizens, controls works of departments of the State Statistical Committee on these issues;
-implements directions and tasks of the Chairman of the State Statistical Committee;
-organizes planning and implementation of activities of civil defense in the statistical system on the base of direction of the Chairman of the State Statistical Committee;
-implements related organizational activities on organization of Board Meetings of the State Statistical Committee;
-provides implementation of works of archiving of Departments of the State Statistical Committee.
