Kuzina Tatyana Vladimirovna was born on 15 April 1964 in Baku. She enrolled in the Speciality of Economy of Labour of the Faculty of the Planning of National Economy of the National Institute of Economy on behalf of D. Bunyadzade in 1981 and graduated in 1986.
She worked in several positions of the State Statistical Committee in 1984-2005. She worked as deputy head of department of Finance of the State Statistical Committee in 2005-2015. She is the head of Department of Finance And General Service since 2016.
She is a counselor of civil service. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 17 October, 2015. She is married and has two children.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-to organize financing and operating activities and bookkeeping operations in the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in the Local Statistical Bodies ;
-to control compliance with the financial discipline on the system of the State Statistical Committee, saving of funds allocated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its spent for the purposes;
-to provide control of saving of inventory, equipments, tangible assets which are in the balance of the State Statistical Committee and Local Statistical Bodies;
-to determine the demands of Apparatus and Local Statistical Bodies of the State Statistical Committee with inventory, material, stationery and other supplies and provide them with tangible assets;
-to compile quarterly, annually accounting reports and balances on execution of book-keeping reports and estimated charges and to present them to the relevant authorities;
-to prepare estimated charges in accordance with the investment funds according to the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
-to organize sale of goods (works and services) implementation of them;
-to organize financial services in the administrative building of the State Statistics Committee
