He was born on March 20, 1976, in Baku. In 1997, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Azerbaijan Cooperation Institute, and in 1999, he completed his master’s degree with honours.
From 1998 to 2024, he worked at the State Statistical Committee as a Leading Economist, Chief Adviser, Deputy Head of Department, and Head of Department. Since 2024, he has served as the Head of Administration of the State Statistical Committee. He is a senior counselor of civil service. According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 19, 2010, he was awarded the medal “For Distinction in Public Service”.
He is married and has two children.
