Musayev Jabbar was born on January 10, 1981 in Nakhchivan city of Nakhchivan AR of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2003 he graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University with honors diploma. He is doctor of philosophy. During 2004-2013 he held the positions of Chief Adviser and Head of the Sector in the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2013 he has been the Deputy Director of High Tech Park Ltd. established according to the corresponding Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since April 18, 2016 he has been appointed to the position of Head of Administration of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is Junior Counselor of Civil Service. He is married and has two children.
