Sabuhi Fakhraddin Aliyev – Head of Administration, Board Member

Sabuhi Aliyev was born in 1983.
In 2004 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and in 2009, obtained a Master’s degree with distinction.
From 2004 to 2005, he was in active military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2007 to 2010, he worked at the State Committee for State Property Management, and from 2010 to 2019, he held various positions, including Senior Adviser and Head of Sector at the Public Debt Management Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2019, he worked at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2019 to 2024, he held various managerial positions, including Head of Department at the Agency for Management of Public Debt and Financial Liabilities under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 19 August 2024 to 13 April 2026, he served as Deputy Director of the Agency for Management of Public Debt and Financial Liabilities under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 14 April 2026 to 24 August 2026, he served as Advisor to the Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On 24 August 2026, he was appointed to the position of Head of Administration of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2019 to 2020, he worked as a lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is a Counselor of Civil Service.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 June 2025, he was awarded the Medal “For Distinction in Civil Service”.
He is married and has two children.
