Agil Huseynov was born on 10 July, 1989. In 2010, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and in 2016, he graduated with a master's degree in the same specialty.
In the period of 2013-2016 he worked in the Statistical Department of Binagadi District of Baku City Statistical Office, in 2016-2024 he worked in the Administration of the State Statistical Committee. Since May 2024 he works as a Head of the Department of Price Statistics. He is a junior counselor of civil service.
He is married, has one child.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-to provide timely collection, processing and calculation of statistical data on price statistics;
-to provide application of innovations in the field of price statistics and development of that field ;
-to organize and to carry out statistical surveys on fields of price statistics;
-to provide preparation of methodologies on calculation of price indices and to provide international comparison of prepared statistical data.
