Mammadalizade Vugar was born on 28 January 1979. He graduated Bachelor degree in 1999, Master degree in 2008 of the Azerbaijan State University of Economy, as well as The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan in honors diploma.
In the period of 2002-2015 he worked as a Economist, a Head Adviser, a Deputy Head of Department in the State Statistical Committee.
He works as a Head of Department of Quality Management and Metadata of the State Statistics Committee since 2016. He is a counselor of civil service. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 June, 2017. Vugar Mammadalizade is married and has two children.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-identification, control on the implementation and execution of common rules and standards for the purpose of quality provision of data, organization of statistical processes within the framework of quality management system on activity directions of the Committee and national statistical agencies;
-organization of implementation documentation processes in the statistical system according to the standards of quality management system;
-identification and organization standards of the metadata system related to the statistical processes and indications, reporting form of official statistics;
-acquisition of international certificates of conformity of statistical processes and data quality;
-development of material analogues of data related to the international classifications playing an important role as a basis in the preparation of national versions of the social and economic classifications and etc
