Participation of representatives of the State Statistical Committee in the International Workshop organized in Budapest (Hungary) on "Human Resources Management and Training"?

Representatives of the State Statistical Committee head of Personnel Department Arif Huseynov and head adviser - lawyer Sabina Ahmadova were participated in the international workshop organized by Bureau of the Conference of European Statisticians, The European Free Trade Association and UNECE on "Human Resources Management and Training"? in Budapest (Hungary) 5-7 September, 2012.
Representatives of 35 countries (Australia, Albania, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Belarus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Macedonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine and others) were participated in the workshop on Human Resources Management and Training.
The purpose of workshop were consist of management of Human Resources, their development and exchange of practice in the sphere of training, application of new form and methods on management of personnel.
Seminar was run on session format divided on topics. The first 5 sessions were about the following topics: new statistical methods and technologies, strategic planning of personnel, increasing profession level of leadership, selection and training of new employees, activity of personnel and indicators on assessment of development. The practice of Slovenia and Hungary were shown as sample of strategic planning on personnel development. It was noted that, being of strategy (program) is the integral part of the effective development of staff.
In the workshop the practice of Macedonia on reduction of budget on training of personnel planning was shared. It was noted that this sample contains 2types of training - general training and specialized training of young workers. General training is based on knowledge of the organization's corporate culture, general rules, the rules of organization, study of legal framework. Specialized training is based on knowledge of statistical methods, standards and the fields of statistics. For young staff execution of this program continued for 6 months.
As well as following issues were discussed during the workshop: the reasons for the dismissal of young employees, retention of employees working successfully and the mechanism of motivation.
Application forms on spiritual motivation of employees were particularly noted.
In the 2nd Plenary meeting issues on application of non-standard ways of training of employees and use of their knowledge, distant education forms in international statistics and selection of working staff was discussed.
One of the most important issues for discussion and decision-making process is the education of statistical office (practice and training means, new methods and application of approaches, distant education, continuous education and application of training card). Also, during the seminar it was noted that, in the process of statistical training international relation is very important. The practice of Korea Institute of Statistics on e-learning was discussed.
The report on non-standard approach process on management of staff (the selection and recruitment of disabled persons) was presented by Hungarian Central Statistical Office.
In the third final meeting was held trainings and carried out works with groups. At the result offered to answer for 5 important questions on indicated topics (training in statistical services and management of knowledge, mobility, engagement of the stuff to the changes implemented in the organization, motivation).
