The yearbook consists of six sections. The first section includes statistical data on crop products, the second section – animal products, the third section – supplies and use of the processed food products by absolute quantities. The fourth section provides statistical data on the level of self-sufficiency, the fifth section covers consumption of food products per capita, the sixth section - balance of the main food products in the CIS countries.
