Change in producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops in February, 2013
In February producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops decreased by 0.1 % compared to previous month, as well as, producer’s price of annual plants – 0.3%, producer’s prices of live cattle and livestock products - 0.1% and producer’s price of perennial plants increased by 0.6%.
From annual crops producer’s price of wheat increased by 0.1%, dry bean – 1.2%, greens – 5.6%, tomato – 1.0%, garlic – 0.3%, onion – 0.2%, cabbage – 0.1%, Lucerne – 0.4% and producer’s price of barley decreased by 0.2%, potato – 2.0%, dry pea – 6.2%, dry hay – 1.4%.
From perennial crops producer’s price of lemon and orange correspondingly decreased by 0.1% and 3.7% and producer’s price of apple increased by 2.5%, quince – 0.2%, chestnut – 7.0%, hazel-nut – 1.0%, walnut – 0.6%, tangerine – 0.6%.
From live cattle and livestock products producer’s price of caw increased by 1.0%, buffalo – 0.4%, turkey – 0.9%, beef (in live weight) 0.1%, egg – 4.2%. During the month along with increasing also producer’s price of sheep and goat decreased by 0.7%, mutton (in live weight) – 0.2%, milk – 0.7%, poultry (in live weight) – 3.1%.
From fish and other fishing products producer’s price of fresh fish decreased by 0.8%.
