Construction

Along with other fields of country, the construction complex also is developing dynamically. During January-March, 2013 from all financial sources in amount of 2.9 milliard manat or 36.1% more than corresponding period of previous year funds were directed to the fixed assets, its 68.2 % was provided to the account of internal sources. 56.4% of spent funds were used in the construction of facilities on production output and 43.6% on service fields. Funds directed to the fixed assets by state property enterprises and organizations formed 64.7% of capital.
During I quarter of 2013 followings were put into operation: production Union on ship repair and ship building in Baku city, Grape Processing Factory, Dairy and Livestock breeding complex in Gabala region, new dwellings with total area 370.7 thousand square metre was put into operation by the account of all financial sources, ambulatory-polyclinic institutions which allows serve 130 persons, secondary schools with 2378 places for pupils, pre-school institutions with 317 places, club with 584 places and others.
