Change in producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops in May, 2013
In May producers’ prices of annual plants from sold agriculture crops decreased by 0.2%, producer’s price of live cattle and livestock products 1.0% and producer’s prices of perennial plants increased by 5.1% and generally producers’ price of agricultural products were remained at the same level compared to previous month.
From annual crops producer’s price of wheat increased by 2.4%, barley – 0.4%, potato – 0.2%, cabbage – 2.2%, onion – 2.3%, red radish – 0.1% and producer’s price of tomato decreased by 0.2%, cucumber – 13.8%, greens – 3.9%, dry hay – 8.2%, clover – 7.6%, garlic- 1.0%.
From perennial crops producer’s price of hazel nut decreased by 3.5%, and producer’s price of walnut increased by 0.2%, lemon – 11.0%.
From live cattle and livestock products producer’s price of beef (in live weight) increased by 0.6%, mutton (in live weight) – 1.6%. During the month along with increasing in prices also producer’s price of live sheep and goat decreased by 3.2%, caw – 1.9%, buffalo – 0.4%, turkey – 0.8%, milk – 0.3%, egg – 14.0%, poultry (in live weight) – 1.3%.
From fish and other fishing products producer’s price of fresh fish decreased by 2.8%.
