There were 29.7 thousand person civil servants in the country for the state of 1st January of 2014 and 27.7 % of them were women. 3.7 % of civil servants were worked on superior - 3rd classifications of administrative position, 76.0% on 4-7th classifications and 20.3% -supporting positions of civil servant.
Length of services of Civil servants on 8.4 % was for 1 year, 26.3% - from 1 year till 5 years, 23.6% - from 5 years till 10 years, 15.4 % - from 10 years till 15 years, 26.3% - 15 years and more.
Distribution of civil servants on age group is characterized according to the followings: 17.2% - persons aged till the 30 years old, 14.0% - aged 30-34 years old, 21.8% - aged 35-44 years old, 26.9 % - aged 45-54 years old, 16.2% - aged 55-62 years old and 3.9% - aged 63 and over years old. 48.7% of employers are the persons aged 35-54.
1.3% of persons engaged in administrative duties on 4-7th classifications formed deputy heads of the local executive, 14.9% heads of department, 10.5% deputy heads of department, 8.5% head of sectors, 26.3% head advisers, 4.7% senior advisers, 12.9% leading advisers and 20.9% advisers. Positions on staff table of civil servant were staffed 91.0%.
In 2013 average monthly salary/wage of employers with position of civil servant was 464.0 manat.
