Construction

In January-June, 2015 along with other fields of country, the construction complex also develops dynamically. From all financial sources funds in amount of 7.9 milliard manat were directed to the fixed assets, its 59.4 % was provided to the account of internal sources. 64.3% of spent funds were used in production output, 35.7% in the construction of facilities on service fields. Funds directed to the fixed assets by non-state property enterprises formed 70.7% of the total capital.
In the first half of 2015 followings were put into operation: in Baku city - “White city-1”, “Hazi Aslanov”, “Kurdakhani with 110 kV” and 7 electric power substations with 35 kV, Baku Olympic Stadium, Water Sport Palace, Shooting Centre, Velopark, European Games Park, Athletes and Media villages, Baku Congress Centre, “Qafqaz Baku Sport Hotel” hotel complex, “Boulevard Hotel”, “Dalga Beach-Aqua Park”, family recreation center, bridge connecting Baku ring road highway in the area of the International Bus Station and the road leading to the Shooting Complex, in Sumgayit city - Concrete Plant and “Alyans Tekstil” sewing factory, in Astara region - Degadi-Palikash highway, in Barda region - Mollaisalar-Valiushaghı-Mollaahmadli-Sarkarlar highway, in Gusar region - “Park Chalet Shahdag” hotel and dwellings with total area 870.4 thousand square meter, ambulatory-polyclinic institutions which allows serve 180 persons, secondary schools with 4908 places for pupils, pre-school institutions with 200 places, club with 280 places and others were put into operation.
