In January-October, 2015 industrial products in amount of 22.0 milliard manat or more than 2.2% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year were produced by industrial enterprises and by natural entities engaged in this sector.
62.9% of industrial products was produced in mining sector, 29.2% in processing sector, 7.0% in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0.9% in water supply, treatment and processing of waste.
Production output in mining sector increased by 1.7% as well as marketable gas by 6.2% and oil production was decreased by 1.8%.
Production of food products in processing sector increased by 3.8%, production of leather and leather products, shoes 52.5%, wood processing and production of products from wood 46.7%, production of printing products 78.0%, production of chemical industry products 87.0%, production of construction materials 9.9%, production of metallurgical products 2.1%, production of ready metal products 55.7%, production of computer, electron and optic products 98.6%, production of electrical equipment 11.7%, production of furniture 9.5%, installation and maintenance of machine and equipment 2.1times.
Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply has been increased by 1.6% and 2.5% in production output in water supply, sewerage and waste management and remediation activities.
Production output in non-oil sector of industry increased by 9.6% and it was decreased by 0.6% in oil sector.
