Industrial output in January 2017

On January 2017 there have been produced industrial products in amount of 3.5 milliard manats or more for 1.0% compared to corresponding period of the previous year. Industrial output in non-oil sector increased by 13.0%, in oil sector decreased by 1.0%.

72.3% of industrial output was in mining sector, 22.3% in processing sector, 4.8% in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0.6% in water supply, waste management and remediation activities.

Oil production in mining sector decreased by 4.2% and marketable gas production increased by 8.3%.

Production of beverages in processing sector decreased by 32.4%, textile industry products by 2.6 times, production of clothing by 3.0%, production of wood and wood products by 65.2%, production of paper and cardboard by 17.4%, production of rubber and plastic products by 2.4 times, production of construction materials by 2.4%, metallurgical industry output by 35.2%, production of ready metal products by 27.3%, production of computers and electronic products by 3.3%, production of electrical equipment by 4.6 times, production of other vehicles by 23.6%, production of furniture by 81.5%, production of food products by 3.5%, production of tobacco products by 43.9%, production of leather and leather products and shoes by 24.7%, production of printing products by 67.4%, production of oil products by 10.2%, production of chemical industry by 6.7%, production of machinery and equipment by 55.5%, installation and maintenance activities of machinery and equipment by 55.4%.

Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply increased by 3.8% and water supply, waste management and remediation activities it decreased by 5.0%.
