Changes in prices of consumer market
Prices of consumer goods and services in January-June 2017 compared to corresponding period of 2016 increased by 13.9%, including food products 18.1%, non-food products 12.4%, paid services provided to population 9.4%.
In June 2017 compared to May prices of consumer goods and services decreased by 1.0%, including food products 2.5%, non-food products and paid services provided to population 1.0%.
Over the month there had been observed decrease in prices of flour, corn and manna, cereal products, beef, sheep and chicken meat, sunflower and corn oil, pasteurized milk, tea and coffee, mineral water and spring water, sugar and sugar powder, potatoes, sweet pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, herbs, slippers, cherries, tobacco products, increase in prices of butter and olive oil, sausage products, eggs, apples, lemons, onions, beets, and greens. No significant changes had been observed in prices of other food products.
In June compared to May go up had been observed in prices of furniture and household goods, carpet and other floor coverings, spare parts for passenger cars, jewelry, personal and tablet computers, decrease in prices of books, telephone sets, refrigerators and washing machines, air conditioners, ventilators, juices, electric kettles. No significant changes had been observed in prices of other non-food products.
In June compared to go up had been observed in prices of paid services provided to population such as international passenger transportation by railway and air transport, recreation tours to abroad and decrease in prices of services of repair of cars, furniture and floor coverings, medical and dental services, apartment rental fees, hotel services. No significant changes had been observed in prices of other paid services.
