National Leader Heydar Aliyev's memory commemorated in the State Statistical Committee

On December 11, the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan commemorated the 14th anniversary of the death of National Leader of the Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
First of all, flowers were laid in front of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's bust at the foyer of the Committee and his dear memory was commemorated. Then the memorial ceremony began with the memory of Heydar Aliyev with a minute of silence.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the State Statistical Committee Tahir Budagov spoke about the rich political activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the historical steps undertaken towards the establishment of the modern state of Azerbaijan. He noted that national leader Heydar Aliyev managed to achieve the idea of national statehood, the establishment of the modern Azerbaijani state and the desire for independence of our people thanks to his wise policy, irreversible conviction and historical vision. The film "Leadership Mission"  which was prepared by Azerbaijan Television, dedicated to the life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev was shown.
