On 3-14 September 2018, training on creating statistical database and service system is being held in Daejeon, the Republic of Korea. A group of employees of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan are represented in this event.

The main purpose of the event, organized by the Korean Statistical Committee, is to arrange training to Azerbaijan specialists in the field of statistical databases and their management, data transmission on statistical information and production systems of Korea, as well as to share experiences of statistical agencies in this area. According to the agenda of the training the information on the structure of the Korean national statistical system, JAVA programming language, SQL, metadata management system will be given, producing statistical databases, experiences on managing them, existing challenges, and planned events in this direction will be discussed.
