In January-November 2019 industrial products at 42,2 milliard manats or more for 1.4 percent compared to the corresponding period of the 2018 were produced by industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in this field. Product output in non oil-gas sector of industry increased by 13,9 percent.

70.0 percent of industrial products were produced in mining sector, 25,1 percent in manufacturing sector, 4,2 percent in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0,7 percent in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities.

Oil production in mining sector decreased by 3,4 percent, while marketable gas production increased by 27.1 percent.

Production of finished metal products in manufacturing sector increased by 82.4 percent, wood manufacturing and production of wood products by 80.6 percent, tobacco products by 55.7 percent, beverage by 40.0 percent, polygraphic products by 39.9 percent, computer, electronic and optical products by 37.7 percent, textile industry products by 36.2 percent, installation and maintenance activities of machine and equipment by 30.9 percent, furniture by 29.5 percent, chemical industrial products by 27.3 percent, pharmaceutical products by 24.7 percent, paper and cardboard by 23.4 percent, rubber and plastic products by 17.1 percent, production of clothes by 11,5 percent, food products by 10.4 percent, machine and equipment by 5.2 percent, construction materials by 4.4 percent, electrical equipment by 1.3 percent, while production of leather and leather products and shoes decreased by 1.3 percent, oil products by 3.7 percent, other vehicles by 10.0 percent, metallurgical industrial products by 11.7 percent, automobile, trailers and semi-trailers by 24.3 percent.

Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply increased by 2.6 percent and in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities it increased by 5.9 percent.
