Chairman of the State Statistical Committee Mr. Tahir Budagov met with the delegation of the World Bank on February 26.

Perspectives of the future cooperation between the State Statistical Committee and the World Bank were discussed at the meeting attended by the Country Manager of the World Bank for Azerbaijan Mr. Naveed Naqvi, advisor of the Executive Director of the Bank for Azerbaijan Mr. Namig Nagdaliyev and the experts.

Then, a presentation on financial system improvement and business development strategies based on the experiences of European and Central Asian countries was demonstrated by the experts of the World Bank to the employees of the State Statistical Committee.
