Resources directed to fixed assets

In January 2022, resources at 658,1 million manats, or less for 11,1 percent compared to the corresponding month of 2021 were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 9,8 percent, the volume of resources directed to the non oil-gas sector decreased by 12,7 percent. 474,9 million manats or 72,2 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 125,0 million manats (19,0 percent) - service fields, 58,2 million manats (8,8 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 362,0 million manats or 55,0 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 399,6 million manats or 60,7 percent of investment were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 83,1 percent, population own funds – 9,6 percent, budget resources – 3,5 percent, other funds – 3,1 percent, bank credits – 0,7 percent.
