Industrial output in January 2022
In January 2022 industrial products at 6,5 milliard manats or more for 5,4 percent compared to relevant month of 2021 were produced by industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in this field. The product output in oil and gas sector increased by 1,4 percent, non-oil and gas sector by 18,9 percent.
72,2 percent of industrial products were produced in mining sector, 23,0 percent in manufacturing sector, 4,3 percent in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0,5 percent in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities.
Marketable oil production in mining sector decreased by 6,1 percent, marketable gas production increased by 18,3 percent.
Production of automobile, trailers and semi-trailers in manufacturing sector increased by 3,0 times, other vehicles by 2,4 times, leather and leather products and shoes by 2,1 times, electrical equipment by 93,3 percent, production of furniture by 85,7 percent, construction materials 85,1 percent, production of machine and equipment by 69,8 percent, pharmaceutical products by 63,2 percent, chemical industrial products by 61,6 percent, finished metal products by 59,0 percent, computer, electronic and optical products by 50,9 percent, polygraphic products by 45,4 percent, metallurgical industrial products by 40,8 percent, oil products by 28,3 percent, paper and cardboard by 27,6 percent, food products by 19,1 percent, rubber and plastic products by 18,6 percent, while installation and maintenance activities of machine and equipment decreased by 4,7 percent, production of clothes by 6,4 percent, production of beverage by 12,8 percent, textile industry products by 13,9 percent, tobacco products by 30,5 percent, wood manufacturing and production of wood products by 32,3 percent.
Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply increased by 6,0 percent, while in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities it increased by 5,1 percent.
