Industrial output in January-August 2022
In January-August 2022 industrial products at 56,1 billion manats or 0,1 percent less compared to relevant period of 2021 were produced by industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in this field. The product output in oil-gas sector decreased by 1,6 percent, while in non-oil and gas sector increased by 9,0 percent.
75,5 percent of industrial products were produced in mining sector, 20,6 percent in manufacturing sector, 3,3 percent in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0,6 percent in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities.
Marketable oil production in mining sector decreased by 5,2 percent, while marketable gas production increased by 11,3 percent.
Production of other vehicles increased by 3,3 times, automobile, trailers and semi-trailers in manufacturing sector by 2,3 times, pharmaceutical products by 76,7 percent, production of leather and leather products and shoes by 59,9 percent, electrical equipment by 50,1 percent, production of furniture by 49,8 percent, production of clothes by 47,3 percent, production of machine and equipment by 38,5 percent, finished metal products by 35,9 percent, polygraphy products by 27,3 percent, computer, electronic and optical products by 25,9 percent, construction materials 21,7 percent, paper and cardboard by 18,9 percent, food products by 13,2 percent, production of wood manufacturing and production of wood products by 12,2 percent, metallurgical industrial products by 9,9 percent, rubber and plastic products by 8,5 percent, chemical industrial products by 7,1 percent, tobacco products by 2,4 percent, while production of beverage decreased by 6,1 percent, production of oil products by 10,3 percent, installation and maintenance activities of machine and equipment by 22,1 percent, textile industry products by 28,0 percent.
Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply increased by 2,4 percent, while in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities it increased by 5,1 percent.
