In January 2023, resources at 1091,7 million manats or 61,2 percent more compared to the corresponding period of 2022 were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 8,8 percent, while the volume of resources directed to the non-oil and gas sector increased by 2,5 times. 506,2 million manats or 46,4 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 529,0 million manats (48,4 percent) - service fields, 56,5 million manats (5,2 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 812,1 million manats or 74,4 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 844,2 million manats or 77,3 percent of investment were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 41,2 percent, budget resources – 47,7 percent, population own funds – 6,0 percent, bank credits – 2,9 percent, other funds – 2,2 percent,.
