Resources directed to fixed assets

In 2023, resources at 20296,6 million manats or 9,8 percent more compared to 2022 were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector increased by 10,9 percent, while the volume of resources directed to the non-oil and gas sector increased by 9,3 percent. 12485,2 million manats or 61,5 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 6840,0 million manats (33,7 percent) - service fields, 971,4 million manats (4,8 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 16411,5 million manats or 80,9 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 14559,6 million manats or 71,7 percent of resources directed to fixed assets were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 48,5 percent, budget resources – 36,6 percent, population own funds – 5,9 percent, bank credits – 3,0 percent, other funds – 6,0 percent.
