Investments directed to fixed assets

In January 2025, investments at 787,0 million manats or 50,0 percent less compared to the corresponding period the previous year were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 40,5 percent, while the volume of investments directed to the non-oil and gas sector decreased by 54,8 percent. 504,8 million manats or 64,1 percent of used investments were spent for production areas, 109,8 million manats (14,0 percent) - service fields, 172,4 million manats (21,9 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 473,8 million manats or 60,2 percent of investments directed to fixed assets made internal investments. 566,0 million manats or 71,9 percent of investments directed to fixed assets were directly spent for construction and installation works.
