The application of “Digital Login” system (“Electronic signature” or “Asan imza”) will be implemented while using the electronic service “Submission of official statistical reports” of the State Statistical Committee
It is noted that, within the framework of measures to ensure the confidentiality of primary data provided by legal entities and individuals for official statistical purposes, the application of the “Digital login” system (“Electronic signature” or “Asan imza”) will be implemented while using the electronic service “Submission of official statistical reports” of the State Statistical Committee, starting from March 2025.
As a transitional stage, in addition to the introduction of Electronic signature or Asan imza by July 2025, the submission of official statistical reports will still be possible in the current manner, namely, by entering codes and passwords into the electronic information system by statistical units. After the completion of the transition phase, it will no longer be possible to submit official statistical reports using codes and passwords (except for branches and representative offices).
Taking the above into account, you are requested to carry out preparatory work for the timely submission of official statistical reports using the Electronic signature or Asan imza. Once the deadline for submitting official statistical reports related to the activities of legal entities or individuals has passed, access to the electronic information system “Submission of official statistical reports” will be closed, and it will no longer be possible to submit the relevant information. According to Article 389 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, persons who commit an administrative offense will be fined between 300 and 500 manats if the information required for statistical observations is not submitted or provided on time.
