Meeting on Specification of the List of Consumer Goods held in Moscow

Representative of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elman Gasimzade – Head of Department of Price Statistics participated in the meeting on Specification of the List of Consumer Goods held on 14-18 April, 2014 in Moscow.
The meeting was organized by the project coordinator for the CIS region Interstate Statistical Committee and Russian Federal State Statistics Service.
Representatives on Price Statistics of Statistical Body of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Armenia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, as well as, representatives of Statistical Committee of CIS participated in the meeting.
The meeting was held according to the pre-defined agenda and incorporated issues on main principles of registration of prices on consumer goods, formation of registration of prices of consumer goods presented according to the list.
During the meeting lists presented on representative goods and services on consumer sector was discussed according to the agenda of the meeting.
At the end of the meeting suggestions for all commodity groups were adopted and it was decided sending of the final lists of prices for registration till the end of April, 2014 to the participating countries.
