Changes in prices of consumer market

Consumer price index in June 2025 compared to June 2024 became 106,0%, including food products, beverages and tobacco products 107,0%, non-food products 102,8% and paid services provided to population 107,2%.

In June 2025, the consumer price index was 99,6% compared to the previous month and in January-June – 105,9% compared to corresponding period of the previous year.

In June 2025, consumer price index for food products, beverages and tobacco products became 98,8% in comparison with the previous month and in January-June – 106,6% in comparison with corresponding period of the previous year.

In June of the current year compared to the previous month, more increase was observed in prices of several food products such as long rice, sausage products, fish and fish products, sunflower and corn oils, lemon, greens, natural honey, while the decrease was observed in the prices of eggs, banana, pear, cherry plum, apricot, strawberry, white cabbage, cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper, eggplant, been, table beet, carrot, garlic, onion, potato. There have been no significant changes in the prices of other food products.

In June 2025, consumer price index for non-food products made 100,1% compared to the previous month, and in January-June – 102,7% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In June, in comparison with the previous month, an increase was observed in prices of non-food products such wallpapers, paints, personal hygiene products, while decrease was in prices of cut wood, laminate parquet, soft furniture and orthopaedic mattress. No significant changes were noticed in prices of other non-food products.

In June 2025, consumer price index for paid services provided to population was 100,2% compared to the previous month, and in January-June – 107,5% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In June, compared to previous month, an increase was mainly observed in prices of paid services provided to population such as medical services, international passenger air transportation services and domestic leisure tours. No significant changes were observed in prices of other paid services.
